We aim to provide our customers with quality timber products and recent research has shown that wooden windows can have the desired life in excess of 60 years if maintained correctly. At all times we will provide a premier service and provide a full and comprehensive warranty.  All are subject to the standard conditions of sale and correct maintenance.

• 30-year guarantee on timber 
• 10-year complete product warranty
• 10-year guarantee on double/triple glazed units and ironmongery
• 8-year guarantee on 3 coat white paint finish
• 5-year guarantee on 3 coat stain finish
• All guarantees are subject to the correct maintenance when required as with all products. Please note that for example, a 3 coat light oak stain finish on the coast with a south elevation will have a 1-2 year maintenance cycle as opposed to a window set back from the external reveal, hardwood, 3 coat white which could be 8-10 years.
