Lomax + Wood Garden Rooms offer beautiful quality timber living spaces that suit any garden size or purpose. See them as an extension to your property to use as an office space, gym, party room, bar or multi-purpose as required. As with our sister company Lomax + Wood Timber Windows, Lomax + Wood made-to-order timber garden rooms offer a bronze, silver and gold service, ranging from supply only, supply and fit on our clients’ pre-prepared base or a complete turnkey solution including electrics and final finish. However, please note the gold service is restricted to Essex only.

An ideal product and service for individuals or developers who are looking to add the extra space in the garden that discerning customers are now looking for. The Lomax + Wood timber garden rooms can be designed to suit the space and budget, with design help to create the correct appearance which now includes a SIP panel option with Lomax + Wood made-to-order timber sash windows or contemporary aluminium composite products. All products have the option for full roof, wall and floor insulation with double glazed timber windows and doors as standard. They can be supplied factory finished saving time on installation and on site costs.
