The site had previously accommodated just one mature property but the large site has been divided equally providing generous plots for each.

Energy efficient double glazed Kensington & Chelsea spring balance sash windows in single, double and triple-linked configurations has ensured this family home is full of natural light. All Kensington & Chelsea doors feature Heritage Locking System ironmongery which has been independently tested to meet the highest standards of security. This entrance door has been finished with high quality chrome ironmongery as standard and alternative styles and finishes can be selected as an optional extra.

Products are delivered to site factory-finished with three coats of high quality, durable micro-porous paint or stain which is available in a choice of white and fashionable heritage colours, or in a dual colour facility.
