Progress on the Hampstead Garden Suburb

Have a look at the progress taking place in the ‘Suburb’. Following the wettest winter on record, contractors on this project have had their work cut out to keep the property safe. Even so the substantial internal and external makeover will soon be watertight when windows and doors by Lomax + Wood arrive on site.

A total of 20 double glazed Kensington & Chelsea box sash windows – a combination of singles, doubles and triples; four triple and quadruple Kensington & Chelsea flush casements, and three beautiful Kensington & Chelsea French doorsets. Our box sash windows are operated by traditional weights and pulleys, as specified by the Trust, and feature an elegant 18mm lamb’s tongue profile.

All Kensington & Chelsea products are factory finished with three coats of high quality micro-porous paint as standard, and supplied with high security chrome ironmongery.
