It provides a single space where a range of family activities can come together. It is a single-storey extension to the rear of the house. It may have once been in the form of a conservatory, but nowadays for the sake of energy conservation and control of extreme solar heat gain, it could instead have a structural roof and be in the style of an Orangery with a glass roof lantern roof light.

As with all our standard range of Garden Rooms this elegant addition to your home offers a comfortable and light space to entertain, relax or use however you wish. All the timber windows and doors are made-to-order to tried and tested designs. This provides you with security, thermal performance and elegant sightlines. B1 The Blackmore - Floor Area 23.5 m² Orangery

Simple contemporary fenestration that easily fits with many different architectural styles. All the windows and doors are made-to-order to tried and tested designs. This provides you with security, thermal performance and elegant sightlines. C1 The Hutton - Floor Area 19 m² - A Grand Orangery

This classic Orangery is similar to The Highwood but incorporates clerestory lights giving a greater ceiling height. This gives the room an elegant sense of grandeur and space while maximising its impact on the viewer through the elegant fenestration. The greater ceiling height will not work with many properties, whereas the Highwood offers an excellent alternative. All the windows and doors are made-to-order to tried and tested designs. This provides you with security, thermal performance and elegant sightlines. C2 The Marden - Floor Area 23.7 m² Modern Orangery

The Marden Orangery has central doors set into a recess of two different depths; please view the floor plans to view this feature. Through doing this, the designer seeks to get away from a shoebox appearance and adds varying depths to the building. A simple clerestory is also incorporated to provide additional interest. G1 The Kelvedon - Floor Area 33.8 m² - A Grand Orangery From Lomax & Wood

A larger Orangery scheme with a breakfront requires a larger section steel roof beam to overcome deflection from the greater span. This is our largest standard Garden Room with approximately 38m2 of floor space. All the windows and doors are made-to-order to tried and tested designs. This provides you with security, thermal performance and elegant sightlines.
